The company's ROG Falcata gaming keyboard and ROG Phone 9 Pro were shortlisted for this prestigious award, joining six other ASUS products that received Golden Pin Best Design Marks. This achievement is a testament to ASUS's commitment to design excellence and technological innovation, with a focus on user-centric features. The 44th Golden Pin Design Award ceremony, held on December 5, 2025, showcased the global reach of the competition, with entries from 28 countries and regions worldwide. The ROG Falcata gaming keyboard and ROG Phone 9 Pro were selected as finalists for their innovative designs and performance enhancements. The ROG Falcata gaming keyboard features a 75% split-layout design, allowing users to optimize their setup and free up desktop space. It also includes hot-swappable ROG HFX V2 Magnetic Switches and an ROG Hall Sensor for fine-tuning and adjustable actuation. The Falcata offers ultra-responsive 8,000Hz polling via ROG SpeedNova 8K wireless and versatile tri-mode connectivity. The ROG Phone 9 Pro, on the other hand, is a gamer-centric device with a customizable AniMe Vision auxiliary display and dynamic animations. It is powered by the Snapdragon® 8 Elite Mobile Platform and cooled by ROG's advanced GameCool 9 system, ensuring sustained high-end performance. The device also offers console-like controls, a stunning 185Hz AMOLED display, and AI-driven gaming enhancements. The Golden Pin Design Award, organized by the Taiwan Design Research Institute (TDRI), has been recognizing innovative designs since 1981. It aims to encourage companies to value design and R&D, enhance brand value, and provide high-quality design certifications. This year, 429 entries were submitted, with 90 selected as finalists for the 'Best Design of the Year' award.
